Candidate will lead a dedicated testing team, and report
directly to company management to ensure strict quality control
of all products.
Job Description:
Work in dedicated QA teams to ensure strict quality control
of all products. Assist in implementation and measurement of
various software engineering practices.
Desired Profile:
The candidate must have
- A Bachelors or Masters degree
in Computer Science / Computer Engineering
- Experience working with large
scale C language projects
- Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of testing
(black box testing / white box testing / functional testing /
regression testing)
- Experience in designing and
implementing unit tests as well as functional test plans
- Knowledge of the following
tools is a plus:
- Rational Rose XDE Developer
Plus
- Rational Purify Plus
- Parasoft C++ Test
- One of (CUnit, CppUnit,
Splint, Cutee, Embedded Unit, CUTest, Check, Boost)
- Familiarity with handset
platforms is a plus
- A working knowledge of CMMI
models and SDLCs
- Process definition and
implementation experience
- The ability to take
initiative and drive teams
Minimum Experience: 8 Years, of which, a minimum of 3
years in QA and Testing activities
