Candidates will lead the QC effort for the complete range of products and all customer engagements. Candidate must set up QA processes to ensure compliance to various application standards and lead the effort to ensure interoperability across operators.

• QA experience on embedded systems
• QA process definition and implementation experience
• QMS implementation and sustenance
• SCM tool usage and maintenance
• Hands on experience in process improvement initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• The passion to learn new software engineering practices and initiative to implement them
• Proven leadership track record in small teams
• At least 2 years software development experience
