

Mr. Chay
is a seasoned entrepreneur with in-depth experience, vision and industry
connections worldwide. Mr. Chay is a co-founder and former President of
Creative Technology Ltd (NASDAQ/Singapore Stock Exchange). He led the
effort in building up Creative's marketing operations in Asia, Europe
and Latin America, and manufacturing operations in Singapore, Malaysia,
United States and Ireland. During his tenure between 1988 and 1996,
Creative's sales grew from US$5m to US$1.2b.
With a
keen interest in technology and strong business acumen, Mr. Chay has
worked with a number of start-ups in US, North Asia and South East Asia
since mid 1996. Some of these start-ups have attained listing status in
various stock exchanges or have merged with industry leaders in the
related fields. Mr. Chay is a principal and the Vice Chairman of KLM
Capital Group (www.klmtech.com), a technology venture capital firm based
in San Jose, California, and the Chairman of Beyonics Technology Ltd, a
Singapore mainboard-listed contract manufacturer.
Mr.
Chay also serves as an advisor to CVC Asia Pacific, a private equity
investment firm linked to Citigroup and Techfoster Technology Venture
Ltd, a venture capital firm focusing on the Greater China area. Mr. Chay
graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Science from the National
University of Singapore and majored in Physics.

Mr. Teoh
has been actively involved in commercial businesses in regional markets
as private consultant for the last few years prior to joining Innvo
Systems. Mr Teoh has close to 20 years of working experience for
technology companies in the communications and defense electronics
industries. He has been in the senior management team of Metron
Communications (S) Pte Ltd and CET Technologies Pte Ltd.
Metron
Communications was founded by the ex-Bell Lab engineers in the US to
develop GPRS protocol stack and chipsets. CET Technologies is a
subsidiary of the South East Asia largest electronics system integrator
Singapore Technologies Electronics. CET focuses and specializes in
providing complete solutions in Communications, Electronics and
Transportation Systems. Mr. Teoh has also worked as a system software
development engineer in the area of process control and industrial
automation in the earlier part of his career in Europe and South East
Asia.
Mr.
Teoh graduated from NUS in 1982 with an Honors Degree in Electrical and
Electronics. He worked and studied in Silicon Valley in the late 80s and
obtained a Masters of Engineering Management from Santa Clara
University, California. Mr Teoh holds a MBA from University of Dubuque
of Iowa and has a professional qualification of Certified Purchasing
Manager from the National Association of Purchasing Manager (NAPM).

Mr. Guruprakash has over 28 years experience in R&D, Product Management,
System Level Consultancy, and General Management. He is currently the
acting Executive Director for Innvo Systems Pte Ltd, and Director of
iSoftel Ltd, INT Solutions Pte Ltd, SonaSys Pte Ltd, as well as GRBC Pte
Ltd. Prior experiences include CEO of Nishtha Systems Pvt Ltd (1986-91)
and CEO of Kanishkas Systems Pte Ltd (1991-93).
He
founded INT Solutions Pte Ltd in 1993 and managed Software Development
and System Integration. He joined iSoftel as founding member in 1998 and
was the General Manager for Singapore and Malaysia operations till Dec
1999.
At
iSoftel, Mr. Guruprakash was involved in the PPMS Product Development
and Project Management apart from Finance and Administration. He joined
the board of iSoftel in mid 1999 and assisted in the IPO process. Since
Jan 2000, he has assumed Business Development assignment to explore new
opportunities for iSoftel internationally, especially in India and
China.

Fiona Chan assumed the role of Financial Controller for Innvo Systems in
August 2004. Prior to joining Innvo Systems, she was with Forbo Siegling
in
Shenyang where she served as a Chief Financial Officer and was
responsible
for its business and financial operations in China.
At Nokia, Beijing, Ms. Chan was involved in the system implementation.
She
was the one of the key person in leading a financial and business
processes
re-engineering project that resulted in the SAP implementation in
Nokia's
China counterparts.
Ms. Chan is an ACCA with more than 12 years experience in corporate
accounting and financial management. Ms Chan is a member of the
Chartered
Association of Certified Accountant, UK.

Mr. Rajiv is co-founder of Innvo Systems. He oversees the company's
growth
and operations, and simultaneously heads the business development group
in
the company. Mr. Rajiv was also instrumental in strategic alliances with
technology giants like IBM, Motorola and Sun Microsystems.
Mr. Rajiv is credited with the development of numerous embedded software
and middleware technologies many of which are patent-pending. Prior to
Innvo Systems, he has developed and marketed business solutions for a
number of companies such as Verifone Inc. and Indcomp Pvt. Ltd.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Rajiv was a Research Officer at the Center
for
Internet Research, at the National University of Singapore. He holds a
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and was a SIA-NOL undergraduate
scholar. His leadership skills and vision have brought together the team
to
produce high quality systems software.

Mr. Abhaya is a co-founder of Innvo Systems and is a Director of
Engineering in the company. Currently, Mr.Abhaya has overall
responsiblity
for the development of Innvo's application suite of Java, WAP and MMS
for
mobile phones.
Prior to setting up Innvo, Mr.Abhaya worked at Third Voice Inc to
implement
community site management tools. He also worked at the Center for
Internet
Research in National University of Singapore with Prof Ananda, Mr.
Srijon
and Mr. Rajiv on several embedded Linux projects which have led to a
joint
patent application in this field. These experiences have enabled him to
overall design responsibilities for Innvo's line of products.
Mr. Abhaya holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering at the
National University of Singapore.

Mr. Srijon is a co-founder of
Innvo Systems and is a Director of Engineering in the company. Currently,
Mr. Srijon has overall responsiblity for the porting of Innvo products suite
to customers' platforms.
Prior to setting up Innvo, Mr. Srijon has
worked as an intern at the Center for Internet Research jointly with Prof
Ananda (National University of Singapore), Mr.Abhaya and Mr.Rajiv on several
embedded Linux projects which have led to a joint patent application in this
field. He has also worked on several projects in porting of applications of
varying complexities to different embedded hardware. These experiences have
enabled him to undertake key responsibilities for Innvo's customer
projects.
Mr. Srijon holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering at
the National University of Singapore.
